Rē Cancellations
Your appointments are important to all rē team members and we reserve time for appointments just for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment adjustments or cancellations. Please call us at (704) 334-8087 to reschedule your appointment(s). Our policies are designed to be beneficial for everyone and enable our team to provide every guest with the exemplary quality and service rē is known for.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
WE REQUIRE A VALID CREDIT CARD ON FILE AT TIME OF BOOKING. ALL CARDS ON FILE ARE ADDED TO THE SYSTEM VIA A SECURE ELECTRONIC PROCESS WHICH ENSURES THE INFORMATION IS ENCRYPTED AND REMAINS SECURE.
Appointments made without a valid credit card will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellations with less than 24-hour Notice:
-50% fee (total of all services) will be applied to all appointments cancelled less than 24-hours prior to the appointment(s) (excluding neurotoxin and dermal filler appointments).
-Neurotoxin and Dermal Filler Appointments: $100 fee will be applied to all neurotoxin (Botox, etc.) and dermal filler (Juvéderm, Restylane, etc.) appointments cancelled less than 24-hours prior to the appointment(s).
-Clients with Wellness Packages (Cryo, Sauna, Red Light only): Forfeiture of 1 package service applied to cancellations with less than 24-hr notice (unless rescheduled appt is within 30 days, see below).
No-Show Appointments:
-50% fee (total of all services) will be applied to all no-show appointments (excluding neurotoxin and dermal filler appointments).
-Neurotoxin and Dermal Filler Appointments: $150 fee will be applied to all no-show neurotoxin (Botox, etc.) and dermal filler (Juvéderm, Restylane, etc.) appointments.
-Clients with Wellness Packages (Cryo, Sauna, Red Light only): Forfeiture of 1 package service applied to all no-show appointments.
Rescheduled Appointments with less than 24-hour Notice/No-Show:
-50% non-refundable deposit (total of all services) required to book rescheduled appointment. Deposit will be applied to final service price at checkout. If rescheduled appointment is cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice or appointment results in a no-show, client will forfeit deposit and be charged the applicable cancellation/no-show fee as listed above (excluding neurotoxin and dermal filler appointments).
-Neurotoxin and Dermal Filler Appointments: $100 non-refundable deposit required to book rescheduled appointment. Deposit will be applied to final service price at checkout. If rescheduled appointment is cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice or appointment results in a no-show, client will forfeit deposit and be charged the applicable cancellation/no-show fee as listed above.
-Clients with Wellness Packages (Cryo, Sauna, Red Light only): If appointment is rescheduled same day of cancellation/no-show and future appointment is within 30 days from cancellation/no-show, client will not forfeit 1 packages service. If rescheduled appointment is again cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice or appointment results in a no-show, client will forfeit 2 package services.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment will result in a no-show appointment and client being charged a no-show fee. Please contact the concierge ahead of time if you will be arriving late and we will attempt to accommodate your appointment or reschedule your appointment if possible (see reschedule policy above).
Notify our concierge before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments or disabilities, any medical concerns or if you are pregnant and/or nursing. Guests receiving MedSpa or Wellness Services will be required to complete a yearly medical history and inform provider of any updates or changes with each visit.

Rē Refund Policy
Salon Refund Policy
Our stylists at rē Salon and Med Spa DELIGHT THEMSELVES ON PROVIDING YOU WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE.
We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the salon coordinator within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost to you within 2 weeks of the initial service.
Med Spa Refund Policy
At rē Med Spa we work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits and risks associated with each treatment. We offer individual treatment as well as significantly discounted treatment package options so each client may choose the approach that is best suited for their needs and budget.
Once services are purchased, they will not be refunded, however, to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at rē Med Spa unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service at Rē Med Spa.
For Skin Care Products, all sales are final. All injectable treatment sales (such as, but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, facials, lash services, or chemical peels) are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.
We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed — not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.
