Salon Refund Policy

Our stylists at Re Salon and Med Spa DELIGHT THEMSELVES ON PROVIDING YOU WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE.

We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the salon coordinator within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost to you within 2 weeks of the initial service.

Med Spa Refund Policy

At Re Med Spa we work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits and risks associated with each treatment. We offer individual treatment as well as significantly discounted treatment package options so each client may choose the approach that is best suited for their needs and budget.

Once services are purchased, they will not be refunded, however, to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at Re Med Spa unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service at Re Med Spa.

For Skin Care Products, all sales are final. All injectable treatment sales (such as, but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, facials, lash services, or chemical peels) are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.

We will be honest in all our dealings with you.  Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person.  It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed — not for a specific result.  However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.
